David has worked in the Human Resources space for 30 years in both the corporate sector, locally and overseas, and more recently in an advisory capacity. He is currently a partner in the Human Capital Consulting practice for Deloitte. David is based in Sydney.
Dr Sandra ErreyBSc (Hons), Grad Dip Div, PhD
Dr Errey works in the Statistical Consulting Centre at Melbourne University assisting university and corporate researchers with their data analysis. Her theological studies were at Ridley College, Melbourne. In 2017 Sandy began working part-time for the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students. She brings experience of education and student pastoral work to her position at OCA.
Frederick Lee BEc, LLB, LLM, FCA, CTA, GAICD
Based in Sydney, Frederick has extensive experience in tax and superannuation. He was the chair of the BOC Superannuation Fund until it merged with another fund. Frederick is passionate about good governance, strategic leadership and risk management. He has enjoyed serving for many years as a church elder and on the missions committee for his church. He and his wife are long term supporters of OCA and they have 3 children.
Nicola GibbsBSc, Grad Dip Div
Nicola has held Chief of Staff and business development roles across multiple industries, most recently promoting Asia-Australia relations. Passionate about culturally resonant education, Nicola is inspired by OCA's long-term vision to see local leaders raised up. She has completed a Graduate Diploma of Divinity and is currently undertaking a Master of Theological Studies through the Bible College of South Australia.
Kate CrouchGradCert Marketing, MA Marketing
Kate has an extensive background in marketing and is the Client Relationship Manager for Prolegis Lawyers. Based in Sydney, she loves spending time with her family including three grown up children, two children-in-law and two grandsons. As an enthusiastic supporter of OCA, she is delighted to be part of an organisation that is so committed to mission and training in a true cultural context.
Alan HallBSc. B.E. (Elect. Hons I), ThC
Alan is a consultant with Accenture and has specialised in the design and delivery of large scale IT systems for over 25 years. Based in Sydney, Alan is married to Rebecca and has four children. With an interest in Biblical theology, Alan is also a graduate of Moore Theological College.
Stephen KerrLLB, B Comm
Stephen is the Executive Director of the CMA Standards Council, a not-for-profit organisation seeking to build faith and trust in Christian churches, charities and other organisations. The Council publicly accredits organisations that are meeting standards of good governance, accountability and transparency. Stephen is also a solicitor and is a Consultant with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. Stephen is married to Kate with three adult children and is based in Melbourne.
Dr Perry ShawBA, BTh, DipEd, MEd, ThM, EdD
Perry is Researcher in Residence at Morling College, Sydney. Prior to moving to Australia Perry and his family served in the Middle East from 1990-2019, the final decade of which was as Professor of Education at Arab Baptist Theological Seminary in Beirut, Lebanon. Perry has extensive experience working and consulting in theological education, cross cultural teaching, intercultural leadership, curriculum development, and research methodology. He has published multiple books and articles examining these themes.
